Returns & Credits

Whilst our Panda Pals in the warehouse put in every effort to make sure that your order is spot on - mistakes do happen from time to time.

No fear! If your order contains a product which has been incorrectly sent or if your product is faulty in any way, then please simply login to your account and click on Returns.

Once you have filled in this form and sent to off to us - we will be in touch for the next steps.

If you have a change of mind on the product that you have received - we can accept this back as long as:

  • You notify us within 14 days of the order being received
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Freight of the returned product is paid for by the customer

To return a product which you have a change of mind on - simply login to your account and click on Returns.

Once you have filled in this form and sent to off to us - we will be in touch for the next steps for you to receive a store credit which can be used for future purchases.
